What't for Christmas and Boxixg day lunch ?

Just thought I'd share a little bit of Christmas with my friends on here feel free to put yours up too.


Well, Christmas day I'm going to a friends house and she is doing the traditional Turkey and the trimmings.

Boxing Day, something different and this started last year. I did curries etc. for me and my 3 sons, this year a step further.

The menu:-

Starter --- Chapli Kebab with side salad and my special Raita and special Mint Sauce. with Poppadums'.

Main choice of or both --- Beef Achar Gosht
                                      Lamb Pulao Biryani Masala

With ---                           Onion Bahji
                                      Garlic and Coriander Naan bread

Followed by ---                 Kulfa Khoya  (pistachio frozen desert)

All above, apart from the poppadums', is being prepared and cooked by my own fair hand
