Hi All
i'm pretty new on this forum ,
I'm Koen and live in the north parts of the netherlands,,

back in the begin of the 80's i visited a open house day at the local model boat club
i walked arround with huge plopped eyes ( never forget this day   )
my hobby these days were electronic and woodworking , so when i saw these models
i could do both hobbies at once ,,
so started to build modelboats
my first model was a small boat around 65 cm just to discover everything ,
later i became a building plan from the zwarte zee 1:100 model length 77 cm I had increased the plan
so i had a model length arround 100 cm 
by several relocations and very busy with my work i didn't found any time to keep this hobby , 
so did sold all my models (stupid stupid i know) 
now years and years later i became from a friend of me some pieces balsa wood
well now i'm back again to start again with this great hobby
at first i will start with a simple model , i found on the net a nice plan from the Artur a fishing boat
think it will be a good start 
anyhow , will post ofcourse my Building blogs here
