I will look for some photo's tomorrow, but don't hold your breath as I did lose a lot when my old laptop gave up the ghost.

Sorry Mark, couldn't find any relevant photo's that would help you, have a look on a site called Model Boats Website, quite a bit of information on fireboats. Have a look at my part build under Building related and then the thread, Fireboat update, a few years old now, there are a couple of photo's of the tow hook on my build.
Hope this is of some help.

Hi Guys,
Amazed to find this site, and this Boat in particular.
We have just rediscovered the families Missing 36' Fire/Rescue Boat that was originally built in the mid 70's. It had been missing presumed disposed of for 25+ years.
I have had a bit of experience with RC cars in my earlier Years.
We are hoping to get it back up and functioning in time. I will hope to get a couple of pictures up and then see how I can go about Repairing and refurbishing it. It was used as a Rescue Boat with Remote Released Grappling Hook for recovering other Boats that went Flat or got stuck and Working fixed direction Fire Nozzles .
thanks Mike

Hi Mike, is it an aerokits, kielkraft, or norstar version. I have an original 1950's aerokits 34inch. And also a 1970's Norstar one that I'm in the process of building. Cheers Colin.
