Yup I know too...

Not replace all the cheap electronics with decent stuff as it burns out first trip out and then have to replace all the running gear, screws etc cos they started rusting while waiting for delivery of the new electronics and then have to epoxy every joint and screw thread since they mechanically over tighten the screws and crack their housings.

Hmm   it’s all ripped off stuff anyway and sold for a quick profit befor they get collared on copy right issues.

I’ld take kit or scratch build over cheque book modelling any day of the week.
