Stimulated by the fact that no one has ever started a thread on here of posting their holiday snaps I have decided to start one....and with a twist.....

post your pics but don't tell us where they are from, and we can have a guess...….

that is my second home, had a static caravan about a 2miles round the headland hope the kids will shed our ashes there when the time comes. you would love it. that picture was one of the lifeboat days in august for rnli always gets a good show.

I actually got to Moelfre once, a year or so after I made a model of the 41' Watson Edmund and Mary Robinson that Richard Dick Evans took out on the day she arrived as relief to the wreck of the Hindlea and won a gold for it...…….an incredible rescue...…..

sadly never got to see anyone or the boat prior to the new one, as the station was locked up solid, and I was on my way home after a long 3 days travelling to Cork to deliver thee models to Safehaven Marine...……that was about 10 years ago.

I would have stopped for light relief and a chat had there been someone there, but just wanted to get home, as for the first time in 40 years I was feeling the effects of the dreaded mal de mare after a bumpy crossing on the Sea Cat from Dun Laoghaire...….my god they rock and roll more than a seat on Blackpools "big one" roller coaster ride, lol

      

Two that I took on holiday in 2016, now laid up due to cut backs. I just hope that this works.

hi fred, I have just posted in posting photos.

those that you posted today worked well, but very small and hard to see. I tried enlarging them with my resizer but because they are only about 8kb each...……..just impossible to see really...….if you are using a camera try resetting it to take larger photos with a pixel size of around 800 x 600  for decent results.

I seem to be having trouble in how to post photo's in your guild in welcome page you say count 15 from the left ,(7 from the right hand side. You come up with a little symbol that is two overlapping files.......put curser on this and it comes uphost an image left click and the browse will come up.

i am sorry to say buy that takes me to hide so I looked for the two overlapping files (symbol 17) host an image I then got a box with +select a files, I selected my files and they appeared in the bottom left of the panel, I then clicked on send all, the photo's appeared with other items but when I clicked on send I got the contents but no photo's, I resized the photo's to 800 x 600 as well.
 
Could you point me in the right direction
