Metcalfs RNLB ALICE UPJOHN

Hi all.

Has anyone built Metcalfs RNLB ALICE UPJOHN, or does anyone know if there is a build log anywhere.

also see if you can get hold of a copy of Marine Modelling Magazine, September 2003 as it was a big feature in there.

I should also point out that you can buy the hull and cabin from model by design (R.N.L.I. SOLENT LIFEBOAT) for £126 and the fittings set for a further £105... in 1:12 scale. which works out cheaper, but im not sure how much you would have to make up as extra to finish up, suggest a 'conversation' with MBD.

A bit (!?) late now but if anyone still interested I'm doing a build log on Mayhem, "Alice Upjohn my third build" - it's under the lifeboats category.
