Permission to come on board Empty
PostSubject: Permission to come on board    Permission to come on board EmptySun Jun 06, 2021 9:25 pm

Thank you for your warm reception ,
I have been making model RC boats for quite a few years now both kits and scratch built and whilst I dont pretend to be an expert I have gained much experience over the years , and always happy to help others .

I have been a member of MBM for a few years but not that many posts on their , however I have been on Lewins  of Greenwich Forum for many many years with thousands of posts under my belt , but this was predominantly Royal Naval research on vessels I was building at the time

I currently have 3 RN R/C models [ having sold a scale model of HMS Victorious ] and one sailing model which I have recently completed and sail at Cawcutts Lake as a member of Cambridge Model Boat Club at Histon , and sometimes at Paxton where the club also sails .

That should give you enough meat to chew over , so if you need more ....post on here .......Wink

Well Sir I would then request a meeting with the Captain and air my grievances [ picks up dummy , wipes it off and places it in his slop chest with a view of where to forcibly place said dummy next when he meets said " Highway Ambler "  !]

All present and correct Sir and ready for Sea in all respects Smile
