50 years away from model boats, now I'm back. Used to be keen on Fast, noisy, pointy smelly boats. Now fast but more classy, quieter, cleaner boats.
Making a start with a Sea Queen that I acquired recently, part restored. Just needs some more TLC and my own mark putting on it, then I'll be back on the water.
I am starting to get to grips with the changes during my absence, many !!
The previous SQ owner had a Lesro Rapier model and it's bitten me. It seems there are many who have been bitten by the Rapier bug. Finding one is a must now. Am I on an impossible task, let me know ?
