I'm starting to suspect I'm over my shark boat burnout!
I had the Orca frames laser cut by SLEC as a side project i had the frames for this cut at the same time as the price really was nominal and postage was already covered by the Orca.
So while the glue dries on Waverley build stages I've been tatting around with this and spare balsa, it's a distraction but with my overbearing obsessive concentration i put in on the Orca in mind I think I need it.
Its a plan of an Elco PT boat given to me by a friend which I believe is a freebie from a magazine by Glynn Guest I'm reliably informed it's single prop and single motor only so I'm going to do twin motor and twin prop or twin prop and single drive because deep down I'm always trying to have a go at something different. I've run out of wood so I'll get some later in the week so for now it's back on the shelf.
Total build time so far 3 hours.
There is no way I'm putting 109 on this boat if it gets finished of that I'm certain.
