| As Promised here is the new pilot boat Video which was an old MTB boat which i called the "Spinner". The Gunk that's on the pond i find disgusting when they have a river festival on tomorrow (The Kennet & Avon canal is near to the pond). Bloody Councils they are not fit for purpose for allowing the pond to get into this state, and on Monday I'm going to give them a round of "Go procreate with a web footed friend" for their trouble. Anyway enjoy the Video, and tell me what you think, I have broad shoulders LOL.
Here is the Link to the Video.

| Looks very good Tony. I know the pond needs some weed removing, but its something we all suffer from - unless sailing in salt water. Its very difficult for a council to justify the expense of clearing it on a regular basis. Our water is privately owned, so the club undertake weed removal, sometimes helped by the fishermen Barrie | |

| I think all that weed caused the motor to get hot so I've ordered a water cooling coil, a Water scoop set, silicone tubing, and a motor mount. The motor wasn't mounted correctly, and though it ran with a whisper i have decided to give it a proper job. It leaked a bit but i know where it is leaking, and have took steps to rectify the situation. It's an "OLD" boat (I seem to have a penchant for getting old boats don't i) . Anyway when that stuff comes, i have ordered it today by the way from "Cornwall Model Boats" i will get to work on it. | |

| Fair Point Phil but you can always throw a stone at them or Half a house brick, and it's your word against theirs . I remember once a swan came up to me because i was throwing bread for the ducks, and this Swan tried grabbing for the bread i was holding. This made me mad, and i used the flat of my hand to give this Swan a clip round the ear. It was quite hard this clip, and crossed the eyes of the Swan, and it was walking round, and round, and i thought it was going to disappear up it's Jacksie | |

| finding a half house brick while trying to ensure the swan in question doesn't catch the boat in question is a skill I've yet to master Tony and when I do most likely my 1st throw will spell disaster for the boat not the swan Mind you last time I went sailing I ended up with the swan trying to chase my slo-mo-shun it appears that swans cant achieve 25mph (top speed of the slo-mo-shun) with out taking of and if they do without sufficient clear airspace they find it difficult to avoid the trees so it ended 1 - nil to me with the swan having to extricate himself from some bushes that were just too tall for him to clear in time. several on lookers were in hysterics just a shame no one videoed it | |
