Very often this issue is nothing to do with the individuals PC more likely a server issue hence it only happens spasmodically annoying but little that can be done at this end unless individuals want to go down the route of their own photo host usually the better ones cost but they do often have the advantage of no adds and very often some very usefull photo manipulating tools. on the down side they're often quite hard to get to grips with unless you have experience with photo manipulating tools and are fully conversant with the terminology (a science in its own right lol)
