A friend builds from plans as most of us do the only difference is he builds with matchsticks, such as 3ft Mississippi river boats a 4ft tall Eiffel tower he built his daughter a gypsy caravan which I really liked he planned to leave it without horse and harness. within 10 minutes of getting home I had bought a 1/12th Clydesdale when it arrived I added leather I already had to make harness and gave it to him, this unassuming 80+ Dutchman was overwhelmed and said he'd make one for Jo.
This is what arrived.
Not only a Caravan but a display board as well with matchstick parquetry.
The green bits all around the walls are individually cut and coloured prior to attachment.
Jo has had it for sometime now spent a small fortune on all that will make it a home she started with the ceiling in gold w/paper.
I added a flower box each side.
Fancy w/paper on walls.
If folks are interested I'll post additions as Jo progresses on this build.
