Obvious silly things we do, or we do stupid things

Weather not suitable for working in the shed.

So I thought why not own up to past errors time.

I will kick off with a very early one.
Whilst sitting working on balsa parts for a model, strict instructions from Mum! No cutting on the kitchen table! I was about 12 at the time.
No craft knives only razor blades the type with the safety back or cutting mats in those days . So, moved my chair back, crouched slightly and started using my knee as a handy resting place Yep you guessed it ! Bit too much enthusiasm and I now have an inch long scar on my knee.
   

This one I‘ll call. Concentration, or lack of !!!!!
Never drink coffee while painting, lost count of the number of times I've tried to clean brushes in my coffee mug.

Most recently i discovered the art of self inflict pain (besides divorce) never hold a sheet of ply and attempt to cut towards yourself!

It's nearing completion of the repairs now...........

Ooooooh no I feel your pain Paul I hope the repairs are sorted soon.

Nearing completion but it belongs to a friend now as I have an A30 to take it's place and lots of other old cars too...........
