Hi, I'm from Thames in NZ. I've built a few boats over the years, the most recent is the Missouri that I started 12 years ago.  Good things take time. For the past few weeks have been working on the Dumas 74ft tug. I only wish I had 4 hands with 12 fingers on each.  Recently retired thinking I would have buckets of time to play with this intriguing build but my wonderful wife has created a list for me that for some reason doesn't get any smaller. Can't complain she is a good woman. Don't know if any of you guys are into rugby league but my mighty Panthers are gunning for their 4th premiership in a row tomorrow  night. Exciting stuff I know

I guess you know: Happy wife, happy life  

Maybe you start with a kind of 'model job', like from 10am-12am and from 7pm-9pm you follow your model boat 'job'
