New member registration

Appoligys to all those who have been unable to register as a new user to the forum, through no known fault of my own ( although i do remember changing this setting a year ago when we were having spam issues with forum grievers so i expect it probably was my fault.)  The forums new user registration settings reverted to original meaning admin had to approve all new members.

This has now been fixed, you can automatically register and start using the forum instantly.

Hopefully this problem can become a issue of the past.
